The website describes a proposed service approach and provides general educational material. It does not create an agency, professional, fiduciary, legal, healthcare, or other advisory relationship.
No guarantees.
Marketing, design, search, and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside any single provider’s control. Nothing on this site guarantees rankings, indexing, AI citations, traffic, leads, patients, revenue, cost, platform approval, or business results.
Ownership Audit.
The Website Ownership Audit is an operational self-assessment, not legal advice or a legal determination of ownership. Agreements, copyright, licenses, privacy duties, and transfer rights should be reviewed with qualified professionals.
Selected work and external sites.
Live website links are provided so visitors can inspect observable work. They are not outcome case studies, endorsements of every current statement on those sites, or proof of rankings, traffic, conversion, patients, or revenue.
Project ownership.
The website’s ownership-first positioning does not replace a written project agreement. Deliverables, source files, repositories, credentials, domains, hosting, third-party products, licenses, payment, maintenance, and offboarding must be defined for each engagement.
