Analytics and routine website data.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous, aggregate page views and a small set of non-sensitive interaction events: clicks to the growth assessment, ownership audit, or Scott email link, and successful acceptance of a growth-assessment request. It also uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure technical page-performance signals such as Core Web Vitals. Depending on the request, Vercel may process the page path, timestamp, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, and performance measurements. According to Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation, the service does not use third-party cookies, does not associate this data with an identifiable person or IP address, and discards its temporary visitor identifier after 24 hours.

Chiro Growth Works does not send names, email addresses, form contents, ownership-audit answers or scores, patient information, or medical information in analytics events. Custom events contain only the event name and no visitor-supplied fields. This website does not intentionally load advertising pixels or session replay. Hosting and security infrastructure may separately process routine request and diagnostic logs.

Website Ownership Audit.

Audit answers are processed in your browser. The tool does not require an email address and does not transmit or store the answers. A page visit may be counted by Vercel Web Analytics, but the answers are not included in analytics events. Copying or printing a result uses your device’s browser features.

Proposal cost comparison.

Proposal amounts and the comparison period are processed only in your browser. The calculator does not transmit them, save them to browser storage, or include them in analytics events. A page visit may still be counted by Vercel Web Analytics. Reloading the page clears the calculator.

Growth assessment form.

When verified online delivery is enabled, the form collects a name, practice name, work email, optional website URL, selected business priority, optional business message, consent, and a random duplicate-prevention identifier. After server-side validation, the request is sent through Resend to scott@chirogrowthworks.com. The sender address is fixed; the work email you provide identifies your inquiry and becomes the reply-to address.

This is not a patient intake, appointment, or medical form. Do not submit patient names, health details, medical records, appointment information, insurance information, or other sensitive patient data.

Retention, sharing, and rights.

Vercel processes website requests and aggregate analytics. Its current Pro reporting window is 12 months, while the temporary visitor identifier described above is discarded after 24 hours. Resend processes outbound notifications, and the receiving email provider stores the message in the business inbox. Inquiry emails may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Resend documents a default email-data retention period of up to 30 days. To request access, correction, or deletion, email scott@chirogrowthworks.com.

Changes.

This notice may change when analytics, delivery providers, business operations, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected here with a revised date.
