What this site collects.

This website does not intentionally load advertising pixels, analytics scripts, session replay, or silent lead tracking. Hosting and security infrastructure may process routine request information such as IP address, device and browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

Website Ownership Audit.

Audit answers are processed in your browser. The tool does not require an email address and does not intentionally transmit or store the answers. Copying or printing a result uses your device’s browser features.

Growth assessment form.

The form collects a name, practice name, work email, optional website URL, selected business priority, optional business message, consent, and a random duplicate-prevention identifier. After server-side validation, the request is sent through Resend to scott@chirogrowthworks.com. The sender address is fixed; the work email you provide identifies your inquiry and becomes the reply-to address.

This is not a patient intake, appointment, or medical form. Do not submit patient names, health details, medical records, appointment information, insurance information, or other sensitive patient data.

The selected-work section links to independent websites. Their owners and service providers control their own privacy practices.

Retention, sharing, and rights.

Vercel processes the website request, Resend processes the outbound notification, and the receiving email provider stores the message in the business inbox. Inquiry emails may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Resend documents a default email-data retention period of up to 30 days. To request access, correction, or deletion, email scott@chirogrowthworks.com.

Changes.

This notice may change when analytics, delivery providers, business operations, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected here with a revised date.
